the food was tasty, excellent service. i booked tastefully decorated and neat room with a big toilet as well as 2 bathrooms. location: the hotel was so close to taxis that are reasonably priced and are driven by sincere and polite drivers and good restaurants on boulevard road and the tourist spots like gulmarg, pahalgam or sonmarg.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was truly a memorable experience. The spacious rooms and big bathrooms, along with the helpful houseboys and service guys, made our stay very comfortable. An important aspect was the location, which was just a few minutes walking distance from Dal Lake, and the markets nearby allowed us to buy gifts for our loved ones. the hotel had a pleasant ambiance that reduced our stress levels.
The hotel had some issues with power cuts. When we reported the issue to the reception, they simply requested us to wait for the power to come back on, which was quite inconvenient.
